She lives downstairs to us and knows my children's bedroom is above her bedroom. After my children go to sleep, she turns on her music to a medium volume and hits the ceiling with things and closes her closet door. In the morning, she slams her closet again.
She is trying to wake up my children, but she should not be picking on my children if she has a problem with me.

What should I do??? I don't want to talk to her because I am quite angry at her now...

If you live in an appartment building then tell the person that owns it and have your friends that live there also make many complaints about her and she will get kicked out or if he threatens to kick her out, she will stop

Next time she does it CALL her. This way you don't risk doing anything stupid, like hitting her and getting the police called and possibly getting charged with assault. Let her know that your kids are trying to sleep and that she is disturbing you. If she keeps it up then I would contact the landlord and maybe have some sort of mediation between you two. If EVERYTHING else fails you may have to get the police involved with like a noise complaint.

what time does she often turn on the music ? make a cake or some fruits kinds of strawberries or something which is good for health and skin , ask your children bring it to her as right as the time she starts turning on the music and say : my mum sends you a cake(or soemthing etc) , mum said it is good for ....etc(whatever you can draw in ur mind to say) , in addition , a tight sleep in a silent environment will make our skin brighter and look younger than our ages , mum wants to say thank you , you are the best neighbour that we have ever had , good night and sleep well mrs ....., surely she will not turn on the music tonight

if she is making noise after 10PM then tell your landlord to have a word with her. If she is making noise before 6AM, again have your landlord talk to her. But if she is making noise between 6AM and 10PM, you need to cool your jets, I am sure she is tired of hearing the little rug rats pound on her ceiling all day long.

Walk down and ask her to turn her music down. If that doesn't work, call the police and make a noise complaint.

You need to inform your landlord, and possibly the police.
Good Luck to you.
