Hello people. =)

Im 18 this year.
I gets tired easily no matter how many hours i slept.

Most of the days, i slept late at nights (around 1-2am).
I had tried sleeping early but doesnt seem to work much as after some time, i will start yawning and gets really lazy.
My energy seems to be running out real fast.
Whats the problem? How can i solve it?

And when i gets tired, my face will show obviously that im.
I dont want to look tired!
I want to look radiant for the whole day!
Any tips for that?
Wondering if my contact lenses causes my eyes to look tired.
If yes, how could i prevent it?
How can i make my eyes/skin look bright and radiant?
What beauty products will you guys recommend?

Appreciate it if anyone of you could help.
Thanks in advance! =D

There are a lot of natural supplements that provide energy that most people don't have side effects from. There's ATP (the source of cellular energy in the body), CoQ10 (which is used to produce ATP), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that converts fat into energy), Royal Jelly, B-vitamins, GABA, NADH (boosts brain transmitters dopamine and norepinephrine so it helps to fight fatigue), Ginseng, Eleuthero Root, and Guarana.

Boy, that's a lot when I write them all out. LOL! Those are the most popular items that our customers purchase for energy, so pretty much any of those should be a good boost of energy... however, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you might not get as much energy on some of the items as someone else, and you might get more energy than other people might from some items.

Now, if it's not an energy problem (meaning if you're not "worn out" a lot) as much as it is being tired, I would suggest trying Melatonin. It actually helps to balance out the Serotonin in your system so that both your sleeping cycles AND your waking cycles are balanced out. If you're flat out tired most of the time, that may help after a few weeks (it'll take time to balance your system out properly). Good luck!

Dear friend, sleep is a must for every one. For your age of 18 at least 6 to 7 hours sleep is essential. Try go to be early and wake up at dawn by 4 o'clock. Do some small exercises and meditation for 30 minutes - 5 minutes pranayama and continue your studies after wards. see your face - it will be radiant.

You probably should go get a general check up to be sure that something is not going wrong. That never hurts anyway. Maybe something is out of balance. All I know is that I would overeat carbs and then be very tired. Then I got diabetes. Whenever you don't feel right, go get help. Don't look for easy cures. At eighteen you should be jumping out of bed and feeling good all day. Don't waste a day of that.
