what I mean is he goes by the fence on the outside of the pool, and just stands there. Sometimes his friends are there, sometimes they're not. He's not a stalker (I hope), but he does watch me for a bit, look away for a little, check to see that I'm in the water still, then slowly walks down to the football field for practice. >sigh< so confusing...

He seems to be a peeping tom. I would watch out because sometimes that can turn bad. How often does he do this? If it is a lot, like everyday or something, then I would be really really worried.
