So here is the deal. I do not drink soda, I have cut at fast food, I eat high fiber foods, 100% whole wheat breads and pastas. Fat Free dairy products. I eat fruits and veggies with everymeal. I want to speed up my weight loss a little. The only work out I get is from physical therapy. I havent been released to do regular exercises just yet. I have four more months. I also take a multi daily vitamin. What else is there?

With any kind of weight loss you really want to be drinking alot of water. About 64 ounces. Water is a big factor on weightloss.

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc).... but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more.

You're on the right track. Be careful with fat-free products. Most contain a lot of high fructose corn syrup, which is highly fattening. If your pasta is made of white flour, it's a simple carb and not too healthy.
To boost your metabolism, burn fat and become toned, eat enough protein for your current body weight. I'd say the minimum amount you'd need is 20grams of protein per meal.
