That phase makes my skin crawl when I hear it and makes me want to choke the life out of the person. Most times it doesn't even fit in and it is like a new phrase they are trying out.

What pisses me off the most is what you said, the fact that, when they say it, it doesn't even fit in the phrase. Argh!

Wow, believe me, you're not the only one. Back in high school my science teacher you to say that phrase all the time. He used it like it was his signature phrase or something. I had never even heard the expression before. But hearing it from him was enough for two lifetimes. Ahhh : (
