Oh my, that'll be quite a list. Off the top of my head I can quickly give you:
phasers, communicators, transporters, tractor beams, shields, cloaking devices, photon torpedoes, quantum torpedoes, warp drive, time travel (sort of), artifical gravity. . . .

Now, of course, some of that varies by series as well. Not that I've ever watched an episode of *any* series before in my life, or anything like that. :)
