None of the languages spoken today was a first language spoken by humans. However, the first human languages 30,000 to 150,000 years ago were most likely polysyntheic in nature much like Eskimo, the American Indian languages and the Australian aboriginal languages.
Some linguists believe they were aslo full of clicking sounds much like the Khoi (or Bushman) languages of South Africa. According to some "tsk-tsk" to express disapproval is about all that is left of the ancient clicking sounds in modern English.
Since words for baby, mother, father, dad and mom are similar or roughly similar to each other in many languages around the world it is possible that they were some of the first words. Some linguists, like Merrit Ruhlen, argue that "wolf-dog" and "water" are some of the oldest words too leaving a trail of cognate words that stretch from from Europe and Northern Africa all the way into the Americas. However, this hasn't been universally accepted by all linguists.

This is a hotly disputed subject, but the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster's Cosmogony believes that the first amphibian Pirate to emerge from the primordial muck said "Arrrgh!", not only because the oxygen contents in the primordial atmosphere were rather toxic to his lungs, but also because he had inadvertently stepped in a particularly putrid mass of goo.
Another popular theory is that the first Midgit touched by His Noodly Appendage was quite surprised, in a piratical kind of way.
---
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was "Arrrgh!"

Dunno about the first language, but I'd bet the first word was equivalent to "mine."
Shortstuff: That is officially the stupidest answer I have seen today. Congratulations, you are the idiot of the hour. Let us honor the occasion with a quote from Billy Madison:
"...what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."
