Search for the 'Missa Luba'. It's fabulous, especially the version of 'Sanctus', it was used in the film from the 60's called simply "If".

That is the website for the South Africa Outreach Program. They have an African Choir that sings acapella, and an American Acapella Choir, too. They have a joint CD available.
Buying from SAOP will support the Church of Christ congregations in South Africa.
