we have been married 15 years we six children between us they think that what we have should just be theirs at their dads passin is that crazy or what, I have a son of my own, we have adopted a daughter, whom is the only child at home.

They are crazy. The best way to handle the situation is to have a will. You and your husband make the call, not them. Make sure they know they aren't entitled to ANYTHING.

he needs to make a Will and so do you... this you can each give what you want after your deaths, and divide your estates as you see fit.

it's not an issue or the kids' business. your estate and wills are your personal business... you can share it with them if you like... or not.
