I'm really fed up. We have a bunch of little hoodie chavscum in our village who are causing a lot of trouble. They vandalise people's cars, make a hell of a racket in the early hours of the evening, have been terrorising my 86 year old housebound neighbour by chucking stones at his window, kicking his door, threatening him etc (poor old boy can hardly walk), and even beat up a Dominos Pizza Delivery man so badly (and stole all his money) that Dominos will no longer deliver to our village (a bummer when you want a pizza!).
The police don't want to know.
My other half threatened to rearrange their faces for them and now they wait until he's out at work in the evening and start kicking our door and banging on our windows really loudly - knowing I'm in alone. They wake up my 8 month old baby every night. They don't even care!
I'm so sick of this! The police won't do a damned thing!!! What can I do?! Am I allowed to shoot them?

My neighbour's son bought a really nice new car and one of these little shites took a screwdriver to it and scratched up the paintwork. My neighbours son will kill him if he catches him!

get as much evidence as possible keep a diary and get some camaras installed or use a video camara, then approach the council as they have more procedings than the police there parents could even loose there properties if there children are put on asbo's or abc's. and choose to re-offend. i can empathise with you as i have a problem with kids were i live but thay are younger than teenagers.
other than that get a big threatening dog to bite there backsides, hoodies should be banned. chances are these kids will already be on asbo's dont give up there are ways to get what you want.
also your ealdely naighbour report it to social servises & express your concerns for his health.

If you are a member of the so called Labour (Conservative party) then you can shoot them in the back if you want and all the papers and Z list celebrities will back you up if you go to jail you will only get a couple of months anyway. However if you are a normal person then no, but I suggest that your other half kicks the **** out of one or two of the little bastards, I did it to four of these scum and they have disappeared now.

I was visiting Belfast for the Twelfth of July celebrations and witnessed how yobs are kept under control there. The local "constabulary" (vigilantes) have a word in their ears, if that doesn't work the heavies arrive. The fear of having their arm or leg broke forces the yobs to disperse. These yobs have no fear of the police.

Call cops...my cars getting smashed [or whatever]
Cops Say...Sorry there's no one available at the moment.
Wait 5mins call cops back...Don't bother sending anyone out I've just shot him
5 mins later 7 cop cars...1 helicopter...3 dog handlers..1 armed response unit will be there...
When the cops say....YOU SAID YOU SHOT HIM
you just calmly say...YOU SAID YOU HAD NO-ONE AVAILABLE

I'm afraid you can't shoot any of them unless they actually attack you or break into your house. Just keep calling the cops EVERY single time they show up. You may also want to consider moving.

the police have got to do something, keep ringing them and also get your neighbours to do the same. every time they do something you must ring the police. dont let them ignore you.
