Well if EVERY tongue confesses and EVER person kneels....the it takes away free will. Because I can promise you, there will always be ppl who will deny Jesus just as there will always be people who accept him.

You will confess Him as Lord but it will be too late for forgiveness.

This is a very deep question and it takes alot of understanding of scripture to understand these concepts. I will give it a try and explain it in a simple way.

God gives us free will, but he chooses whom he will save. He seeks and saves the lost - and those that are saved are the ones who want to be found. The bible is full of scriptures that talk about how we do not choose God - we are unable to choose God - but God chooses us. We are unable to choose God because of the sinful nature we all have. God comes to every person and some will say yes to God and some will say no. Only God knows what is in someones heart - you can never tell by looking at someone - even church people.

The scriptures around that verse are in Romans chapter 14. The whole chapter is telling us that we should not judge our brother because he does this or that or doesn't do something. It is not for us to judge. Only God can judge.

There are people who will see Christ return and they will still refuse to believe. That is a fact. Because Christ came 2000 yrs ago and performed many miracles and people still didn't believe in him and they killed him. Jesus himself said that if one be raised from the dead - there are those who still will refuse to believe. These are the ones that God will have nothing to do with. These are the ones who go to hell.

God comes to every individual and the Spirit of God will speak to each heart - Some will believe and embrace Him - others will doubt and walk away.. That is the extent of your free will. You can choose.

When the bible talks about every knee will bow and tongue confess that Jesus is Lord, it is referring to the end of the age when everyone has passed from this life into the next. Everyone will see Christ and bow and confess - It is saying there will be no question as to how real God is at that point. But even as they confess and bow - some will hate Him and want to flee from Him - Hell is where these people will go. Those who gladly confess and bow before him are his children and will be welcomed into Heaven.

I hope that helps.

God has proved Himself in so many ways, yet people ignore that proof. The Antichrist is going to do some amazing things, like rise from the dead, and people are going to say he is God. God will send down trials, plagues, etc. to get everyone's attention again and many people will curse Him and follow the Antichrist still. Jesus returns and there will be no doubt who He is and those people that cursed and damned God will now be cursing and damning themselves for their wrong decision. Everyone will have a choice (free will) and then face Judgment. I always wondered how, according to the Holy Bible, so many people would be deceived and then I see questions like yours and some of the answers people give and I know the Bible is right.

God Bless.

Just this: the time that all men acknowledge Jesus as Lord will be after this current world (thus your life) has passed away. Every man will, eventually, know without question, and understand fully, Who and What Jesus is and acknowledge it in humility. If you don't come to this understanding in the lifetime, however, it's going to be too late for you, and no, this is not taking away your free will to choose, in this life, to understand and accept the truth of Him. If this day is the first day you do so, you'll be 1 day too late. God's gift of salvation is free, but it's a limited time offer. You've got this lifetime in which to take advantage of the offer made to you. It expires the moment you die.

No
A person can't hold onto their sin and think God has to accept them in the end.
Ever person will see Jesus and when He has reviewed every evil act they did. When He reviews every evil and idle (mocking and jesting) words they say, etc. They will know He has the right to judge them.
Jesus doesn't have to be PC tolerant (just because the world has said He has to the last few decades).
Nowhere OT or NT does God approve of sin (including worship of other gods).
Judges on earth job is to review an accused person's charges and then declare the punishment or release after the trial is over (Jesus will judge each person).

a) God has never taken our free will. Every living thing in this planet works by law of nature, or bound by it. From elements, chemical substances, animals(bound by food web or food pyramid in the ecosystem). Only man has free will(the will to choose his options in life), Smile and to love unconditionally.

b) I accept Jesus is one of the many prophets who sent us the message of God to us. I believe in One God(There is many candles, but one light), and he has sent many messengers/prophets to the world.

c) Who are "you people" and what is that should we "worried about" ?? Please clarify?

I have read the book "Thief in the Night" by William Sears it tells an all inclusive view of the second coming of christ. I agree the previous sayings about he will come from the cloud, etc. It is a wonderful book. I humbly suggest, if you like please read it.

Hope this helps. Best of luck. Let there be peace and unity among us all.

Well, maybe if he comes back, and you have not "seen the light," then it is too late. In other words, if you die now and have heard the word and reject Christ, then you would probably not be in good stead with God. On the other hand, if Christ returns and a lot of non-believers say, "Oh, my God, now I believe!", then it is too late. But perhaps every tongue is proclaiming the truth...but not through faith but through evidence.

Free will has nothing to do with your quotations.

1. Nope..it only means that those who have denied Jesus will finally admit the truth.

2. No, we ALL are not going to heaven. I don't want to go to the front office anyway. I'm a technician so leave me in the field where I belong.

3. I'm not worried.

the reason every toungue will confess is that people will be unable to recognize Christ as the son of God. The end of the world is not something that people will be able to brush off and try to explain away. They will have to deal with it eye to eye. Therefore everyone will confess that Jesus is Lord, but will not have lived their life in accordance with that.

Some choose NOT to believe in Christ and accept Christ as their Savior.
I think that is talking about the ones who go to Heaven will bow down and worship with total AWE of our God and I can't wait til that time comes.
I already am in love with God.

(they SHOULD worry)

My understanding is that Satan is the only being that is definitely sentenced to death (Hell) by God, at this time. So, no. Satan will not bow and confess anything. He actually gets one second shot to deceive as many as he can during the Millennium, or 1000 years of God's reign on Earth.
