is there a way you can filter the sheet so that it can find duplicate data and delete on demand.

Yes.
Select the area
Data
Advanced filter
Unique records only

When you select unique records only, it will exclude all the duplicates. So copy the filtered records and paste somewhere else.

If you find this unsuccessful, send me a mail. There is another way to do that.

Can you be more specific? Duplicate Column values across rows or Duplicate Rows (Series of columns with same value).

Yes, But you would first have to set up a "Macro" then you would have to activate it whenever you need it to perform the fuctions you set it up to perform. You can get more information about setting up "macros" from Excel by going to the help tab. It's a bit tricky, but once you figure it out, you can adapt the macros to many other functions.
