Customer Care obviousely never even looks at the violation reports they get. They just trust the reporter, and delete the question/answer. And because of this, many accounts are getting unfairly suspended or deleted. And those of you who think its no big deal to just create another account, well, you have to admit it gets annoying after a while. This nonsense has to stop. You can help in the fight against Customer Care not reading the abuse reports by going to http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/anti_nazi_allies/
I know some of you think that no matter what, Customer Care will never listen, but if we all work together, then we can do anything. So, do not have little faith. Help in the fight today. LadySuri - It's called the anti-nazi allies because nazis burning people, etc, is equivalent to Yahoo deleting accounts. nazis killed people, and cyber-ly, Yahoo kills accounts with their lazy customer care system.

I usually get a minimum of one BA mail an afternoon--my all time checklist became 40 in one day. I even have in basic terms had one violation word in the two+ years I even have been on Y!A, and that i do no longer undergo in suggestions who it got here from.

I had an answer deleted.Fought it,didn't stop until it was reinserted.Don't let up.They wont check unless you complain unceaseingly.I did,they checked,the religious nut didn't get their way after all.It is doable

call them and if they won't solve the problem over the telephone, if you have a way, talk to them personally and if they give an unhappy customer experience, take their service off and the competitor's. you can yell at them if you can, customers are always right. but be sure that you are really right!
