There has to be more to the story then you put here.

No court would arbitrarily take away legal guardianship without good cause.

Without knowing that, there is no way to help you at least get visitation.

You need to go to family court. A attorney would be helpful but not necessary. This happened to me and I went to court and got my children back. If you cant afford a attorney some places have a free attorney (based on your income) that can help you or even represent you. A good way to find one of those attorney's is calling you local Welfare office, they know about all the help you can get for legal advice/representation.

You have to be seen as unfit, by the court, they cant just say, we are going to raise her and you cant say any thing.
Have you been to court, have you been served with papers,
ARE you unfit???
What you need to do if you havent been deemed unfit, and have lost custody of your child throught the court, is to go to the police and tell them that your parents have kidnapped your child...Because in any case concerning a minor, as long as you are not deemed unfit, and have had custody of your child, then no one has more say about your child than you, the custodial parent....
YOu need to find out why they did this...how old are you, you need to let us know more...
