I asked my surgeon if I could keep them, he said sure, but to get all the stuff off the teeth to put in a peroxide/water solution. Well now all the stuff is off the teeth, do i still keep them in the solution? Or do I just let them dry out?

don't leave them in the peroxide or they will over time just dissolve, tooth enamel is normally quite durable, I even kept my sons baby teeth along with their wisdom teeth, in an envelope in my jewelry box, as long as you keep them clean and dry they will endure longer than you will.

Take them out of the solution....... Teeth are made of enamel. Enamel is the second strongest substance in the world so they wont rot or anything. Just put them in a little box or bag or something. You don't have to do anything special.

Just rinse it off, dry them and save it. Teeth is easy enough to save. As for wisdom........ lol.

Nope, they will be just fine leaving them in a safe place. I still have mine and I got them removed twelve years ago and still in perfect condition.
