in the journey that your fore palms are sore it would desire to signify you're doing specifically hammer curls rather of bicep curls. Google bicep curl and be sure you're doing them wisely. additionally seem at concentration curls. in basic terms when you consider which you biceps are no longer hurting, does no longer propose they havent been worked. The burn in basic terms happens if severe forece has been place on them and adequate fluids have been ate up, or your muscle tissues have been worked and then has flushed the lactic acid (the painful feeling in the arm) out. Reps 8-12 instruments 2 maximum Im a private coach and from now on at your age can bring about issues in the joints at later ranges of your existence mate. stable lucks.

no, lol...20 sets????
sounds to me like you need to curl more weight. If you want to see muscle gains, start lifting heavier weights.
For example:
If you are curling a 10 pound dumbell and doing 3 sets of 40, you would get better benefits curling a 20 pound dumbell doing 3 sets of 20, or a 30 pound dumbell doing 3 sets of 10.
Sounds to me that you are lifting too light and only building muscular endurance, not strength.
So, basically start lifting heavier and you will see results within a month or so, not a day. You will NEVER see results in one day...

nope. The only results you will see is that you will be in pain and your muscles might shrink from overtraining. You don't need any more than 4 (hard) sets at most and 1 or 2 done well will give you the most results actually. Read about H.I.T. training. You might see bigger biceps in a couple weeks or a month if you work them hard....

No, for the most part you arms will feel like jello and it will take a few days for the arms to heal. Do it for a month to see real results

You won't see much but you should feel it.
Exercise is designed to tear a muscle and then let it regrow (bigger).
You should not see results for days at a minimum.

nope, body doesn't change over night, no matter what you do, unless maybe it's surgery. But you sure will feel it, probably hurt so bad you won't be able to move.
