For starters:
1. Limited by time. Having to take six days to create stuff instead of having it happen instantaneously, in the blink of an eye.
2. Limited by power. Having to rest on the seventh day, as if power has been depleted and there is exhaustion (as if nothing else could be created until returning to full power.)
3. Being limited by sex. If He is a 'he,' then He cannot do what 'she' does. That is not all-powerful.

Needing to observe adam in the garden before realizing he needed a mate.

Needing to play a game with his creation and the punishment for taking the stimuli was death.

Come to think of it god seems more like a mad scientist than a good thing. Kind of like putting rats in a maze and punishing them when they find the cheese by poisoning it. Only far far worse.

1. it's six periods of time, not literally "days". after all everyone knows that the earth is much older then 6 or 7 thousand years.

2. He didn't "rest" either, once the world was created he simply stepped back Little and let life develop with little intervention.

3. I understand what you are saying here, but there are several possible explanations. The best is that god is seen as all powerful by many; if so the he would know what 'she' is and does. Another deeper thought is that most all religions condone marriage, so why would God be above his own law. Maybe he has a companion, why not? in Fact all many gods of different religions and mythologies have companions.

1. What difference does it make how long it took? I mean, what's the rush? He could have taken six weeks or six years, does it matter? If everything had happened 5 days earlier, would that make a difference in your life now?
2. God has unlimited power. On the seventh day, he was done creating, so He just sat back to enjoy His creation.
3. God is He, but HE is not just a simple physical human being. So when HE created Adam and Eve, or when Mary was given immaculate conception (not sure which "she" ability you're referring to), that is what proves it was a miracle.
4. That renders your three-part question moot.

Oh, my. Deep as you are, I'm sure you could figure it out if you really wanted to know. God is lot like you. He enjoys making things, after all we were made "in his image and likeness." yet we quite sometime to do something else, even surf.
God is not really male. "In heaven there is neither male nor female." Hard for a male to take I'm sure. He had your sensibilities in mind. I'm sure that raises many more question, but isn't that life. We're not all ready for the answers anyway or at least according to Nicholson.
He doesn't generally enjoy doing stupid or harmfull things either, I guess even superman has that limitation. I know, you need enlightenment. Here are some fairly easy and fun ways to get a new attitude. I mean like we all need a break once in a while and aren't happy all the time.

1. we don't know why God chose 6 days, there may have been a reason.
2. he didn't really have to rest on the seventh day, it was more like he was enjoying what he had created.
3. God is neither male nor female, so he is not limited in this area either.

You didn't mention the inferiority complex, the control complex, the concern for being respected.

All those suggest this one has competition, and that the competition has ragged him a bit for being such a slug.

Well, also, Gnostic interpretations mention three different gods, the Almighty, and two of the earth, a mean one, and a bumbler. The mean god became Yahweh.
