It is possible that the more you worry about it, the longer it will take to grow!
Is it about the size of a 50p piece? I had quite a few of those, from time to time, when I was young and the ones on the top of your head are the worst because it is much more difficult to hide them them than when they are in the nape of your neck. Small plaits can help to hide the ones on top, I found, or pull other strands of hair across and cover them with a large pretty hair ornament.
Trust me that it will grow out - you'll soon notice some very soft downy hair growing and then it will romp away at about a centimetre a month.
I used to get them mostly when things weren't going too well - you say you are taking antibiotics. We used to call it "nervous alopecia" (look up "alopecia areata")meaning that it happened when under some stress, either physical or mental.

My friend has one of these, she's the same age as you. Her doctor said it was something like cots craddle, she just leaves it and hides it with other hair. Hers is quite red.

Go to a dermatologist. You might have alopecia and there are treatments that might be able to spur hair growth again.
