can anybody help me with taking off logos or whatever off of moving pictures.

A gif animation is actually made up of a series of pictures that are displayed fractions of a second apart like the frames of a movie. To edit an animated gif, you need special software which can separate and display each of the individual frames. You would then have to go in and edit every one of the frames to remove the words.
Go to http://download.com and do a search for an "aminated gif editor". You will probably find a free simple program which will allow you to edit the frames.
