no, it could mean that she's nervous, especially when she talks to a guy...
there are many signs of a girl/guy being nervous:
Running fingers through hair
touching chin
fiddling with hands
playing with ear
looking down and not at the person
eye wandering
She might be nervous talking to you.. if she was horny, she would be trying to rub up on you to get you excited.

it depends on what hair your talking about if your talking about the hair on their head then huh? where you hear that from I always thought they was just fixing their hair now playing with like curling it around their finger and whatnot then that MIGHT be a sign but rubbing her finger through it no
now as for the other hair I'm quite sure they trying to tell you something

It could be a nervous habit or maybe they are just trying to smooth out their hair. I don't play with my hair when I'm horny and I don't know any other girls that do either.

well times have changed then. When people start playing with their hair it has always meant they are bored. Since I do not know what was happenein at the time I cannot tell if this is still true

Nope sorry to burst your bubble, it doesn't mean that at all.
Sometimes it just feels good to do it, sometimes girls do it out of habit, stress or anxiety and probably don't even know they're doing it.
Some girls do it to tease because of that rumor or to try to be sexy.

Not true. She could be nervous, worried that her hair is a mess, or it could simply be a habit. However, there are so many nerves in the scalp, with a scalp massage, it could turn her that way.

i think that's a myth...similar to chewing on ice is sexual frustration.....if a girl is rubbing her fingers through your hair... then hey that might be a viable conclusion....

Not hardly. I twist my hair all day long it relaxes me. I have done that as far back as I can remember.
