Another subject that gives me headaches
Abortion.
Here in Brazil abortion is ilegal, also the third cause of death amongst wemen are illegal homemade abortions ( I’m going to stress how bad this is by putting asside my Christians beliefs and write in the clearest form of english: “Its F@cked up”).
1)What is your opinion on this, shouldn’t we be concerned with education and prevention rather than the liberation of abortion? Still, in my country at least things seem to be far beiond that point... (feel free to bash my country, i wont mind)
Also I must say that, personally, i consider abortion a very bad, very wrong thing and i consider it to be murder.
2)How is it not murder? Given the conditions of things in my country is it justifiable? Sincerely speaking I must say It fells kind of a hypocrite being against the legalisation of abortion in a country where illegal home made abortions are the third cause of death amongst wemen (again: “#*&$”).
That alone is enough to give me a monster headache. If you add to that:
Stem cell research (is it diferent, all the fetus used are meant to be discarded, they will never develop anyway)
Bible teachings i believe to be truthfull and very, very important
Cases of rape
... Well my head is about to explode here. Really, shouldn’t all these people know better? Shouldn’t both religion and science be teaching people how to take care of themselves, that sex is a big deal? Should famous celebreties give a better example or something?
Its too late to make a long story short, still to sumerise: What is your opinion on abortion? why?

I feel abortion is murder too. There are so many options out there that there is really no need to do that. I'm all about adoption. There are so many people out there that cant have kids. People don't really realize how lucky they are to be able to give birth. People that cant have kids wait so long to adopt. Its really sad because those kids that are aborted could have a really good family by someone who is unable to have kids if they would just carry that life for nine months. Some one who you choose would be there to love that baby for life and care for its every need,etc......

I think the problem with making abortion illegal is just like you said. People think that if it's illegal, it will stop the act. No, people do it everyday.
The other problem is, the same religion who tells them they can't get an abortion is the same one who is going to persecute somebody for having sex. If I'm a 15 year old girl and I get pregnant. Hey, I can conceal one sin with another. Better to be caught than to have to face the music eventually. (not really, but this is how people think).
Also, if we were to make the laws appropriately, then we wouldn't have to go through this. I betcha we could get a lot less girls to have abortions if it were legal. If we made them talk to a counselor before hand. Give them somebody who can give them actual options. You go talk to a counselor for awhile, he can recommend helping her tell her parents, or have her go through the reasons and give all women every option available to them, including safe houses, I think we would see less abortions than if it were illegal.

I wish there were more abortions keeping aholes off the streets like the ones that invaded some old lady's home around here and beat her to death. These monkey's could barely speak english in court they were so uneducated and uncared for. If only their mom's had aborted them instead of neglecting them.

there is no way, no how, no compromise, that could explain why they would be right. Murder is murder, doesn't matter what age or the circumstance. Taking away life is murder, end of story.
