The right Christian is one who has been born again through the Holy Spirit of God and obeys the commandments of Jesus Christ and His apostles as revealed in the New Testament.
God cares nothing about human religions.

The problem is, there are over 2800 different Christian sects and denominations, so choosing the 'right' one is going to be difficult. IMHO, there is no right one. They're all based on the same fictitious godman myth, based on the sun and it's rotation around the zodiac.
You could always do what you're doing: ask here, on Yahoo Answers, however, you'll get different answers from everyone. Adherants of Eastern Orthodox sects will say that's the true sect. JW's will say the same, etc., etc., etc.
The way I see it, is there are no 'right' ones, but that's just me.

Religion is a VERY personal thing. If you need someone to tell you what is right than what does that tell you? This is your choice. Look within your heart. If you just don't believe in anything than that is your right too. Whatever makes you feel at peace in your soul is right for you. Don't let ANYONE tell you what to believe or what is right. Everyone has an opinion and you should too. Apparently you already have an opinion so follow your heart...

Christianity is a way of life, not an organized religion. Christians who choose to do so may belong to an organized religion. But doing so and following the practices of that organized religion is hypocritical if those practices are not biblically sound.

You need to ask yourself which religion universally follows the bibles laws. Some of which are:
Not tolerating immoral sex. This includes premaerital sex, same sex, adulterers etc
(1 corinthinthians 6:9,10)
Not meddling with war, or participating in its efforts
(matthew 5:44)
False doctrines such as the immortality of the soul
(Ecclesiastes 9:5)
Pagan celebrations such as Easter (goddess Ishtar)
I hope that if your genuinely intrested in finding the true religion, you will evaluate the christain religions and eventually find one that follows such rules

Well D & E are modern.
You want ancient Judaism is pretty ancient.
If you simply follow the teachings of Jesus that's just about as old as you can get with Christianity.

This is mind blowing but attempts to count all the different denominations of Christians have come up with over 20,000 different groups.

I don't think any one has the absolute truth...
Some follow essential Christian doctrine close enough...
The rest are False religion and you can lose your soul over following those...
That is why God commands us to be dilligent in our search for truth.
