If you can afford it I would look into getting your own plan or if you can't afford that, look into getting a pre paid cell phone. That's what I have and I actually spend less money on that than I ever did with a plan. It costs over $100 to get it started, but that's also paying for the phone. You can put as much money on your phone as you like as often as you like. It only costs me about $50 a month for my prepaid and my phone is the same LG phone a lot of other people have. I have all the benefits of other plans and I save a bunch of money. I got mine at Radio Shack.

You need to get your OWN cell phone w/ your OWN money and then this won't be a problem. If you can't afford or can't get a normal cell phone plan, then go get a prepaid cell phone - a GO phone or something similar. That way, it helps you budget your time and money....I mean, once the minutes are gone, they're gone. That will keep you from talking too much and getting a huge bill that you can't afford to pay. Believe me, you don't want that trouble. It will ruin your credit.

you and your brother could consider cutting your phones off and getting a plan of your own, together.

your name apparently isn't on your father's bill, so it's not your responsibility. the same thing happened with my boyfriend and me.. my phone was cut off two months in the row because he neglects paying bills on time.

i went to centennial wireless and got my own account (that's who my phone was through in the first place). i noticed they have signs in front of their building that EVERYONE is approved.. so maybe that would be a good service for you and your brother.

take care...

the two and each month as quickly as I get my abode telephone invoice, I ask myself why. i think of three human beings have the huge form. i think of i've got made and won (complete of the two jointly, ideas you) 4 calls on it in the final 6 months. yet nevertheless...I keep it. Why? i don't be responsive to...ought to be some deep seated lack of self belief, lol, some as yet undiagnosed, unnatural emotional attachment to landline telephones? Yeah...phonaphobic separation illness or some thing...hmmm...contemplate whether it may qualify me as heavily disturbed adequate to ditch gainful employment and deliver jointly a examine or some thing? Lol...nah, possibly no longer, so i assume i'm going to basically keep paying a basically ineffective invoice each and each month till???

Take yourself off their plan. It will cost a little more, but you need to set yourself on a new plan without them. Tell them it is because you just want to be responsible for yours so it won't get cut off.
