This link will give you the legal gambling ages in most states. I know there are casinos in California and Oklahoma that are 18 and up, some are 21 though. This link will give info in California casinos. I haven't found one for Oklahoma casinos yet.

I live here in the Northeast. You can go to Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY. This is up near Syracuse in north central NY. You only have to be 18 to gamble there. It is a nice casino and has a decent poker room too.

If I were you and you wanted a GREAT place to go, try Montreal, Quebec Canada. It is 18 and over to do everything up there including drinking and bars. They have a good casino of their own called Casino de Montreal. It is a very nice place and there is a ton to do up there. Have fun!

You have to be 21 to gamble in the USA...Some European countries it's 18 and a few Canadian provinces it is 18..but 19 in most.

Metallica girl is correct.

In Minnesota you can gamble at 18. They never even check my ID. Maybe it's because I'm 48.

But Minnesota isn't exaclty Vegas. It's not even Reno. But there is a lot of non-gambling stuff to do in the state.

We have a few Indian (should I say Native American?) casinos spread around the state. They have the usual collection of blackjack and low-payout slot machines. Some have poker.

If you want to play poker, your best bet (hee-hee) is Canterbury Park. It's about 25 minutes from MSP airport.

As far as i know minnesota is the only place in the midwest that allows 18 and over to gamble. There are plenty of casinos located throughout the state. My favorites are mystic lake casino, treasure island casino, and grand casino.

I'm from Minnesota and I think it's legal here. I'm not sure since I don't gamble.

You must be 21 to gamble (legally) anywhere in the United States.
