If you persist in burning yourself, as you grow older this could lead to skin cancer[melanoma]. Be careful and wear sun block.

That's just your body shedding the burnt skin. Nothing really happens. You can take a bath and scrub your back. If you are still in pain, take a cool shower. Later on in the day you should be fine.

Also use a dry skin moisturizer.

Nothing really. Just your skin will peal and a new layer will be underneath. Then your tan may also fade from the peeling.

Your burned skin peels off and new unburned (but maybe tanned) skin shows through.
