When I went out of body, I levitated to the middle of my room, went through the ceiling and saw the attic for the first time in my life. I then flew out of my house and saw the cars below me. I flew around the trees in front of my house, then came back in through my parents room who I saw sleeping. (I was living at home at the time). I then levitated back to my room, and there was my body, with my eyes wide open. Then with a jolt, I was back into my body and I woke up. That morning, I asked my father to get a ladder so I can see what is up in the attic. And when I went up there, everything was there as I had seen it.
My father has done it and I have done it. I am not going to lie, it is scary at times, sometimes you can be between the body and the astral field and your body feels as if you are paralyzed.
If you are interested, pick up a book about it. Read up on it. Everyone can do it if you practice. E-mail me if you want any suggestions....

I wish I knew more about it. The idea both interests and frightens me. I have heard that you can project your consciousness to specific locations with enough focus and control, and that sounds cool. But, I've also heard that if anyone or anything moves your body while you're doing that, you die or go into a coma. So, that has prevented me from researching it more in a personal way.
