If you mean a headache, I'd look around your area for a good chiropractor. Most doctors will give you pain killers or muscle relaxers when in reality the vertebre in your neck are out of line. I get bad headaches everyday when that happens, and when adjusted am great!
A good chiropractor will also know pretty fast if it is related to that or if there is an underlying medical condition. They will refer you to a regular doctor for what is out of their realm and needs further attention. Just be sure to express ALL your symptoms when you go in so they can make a proper diagnosis.

You need a radiologist to perform a CT to see if you are leaking blood in the area of your brain that controls motor function. You might also have some cervical spinal damage just from having your head and neck manipulated so forcefully. You might have a fracture where your head struck the wall and a sympathetic fracture nearby. Both could cause blood to pool and cause pressure that would present symptoms such as trouble with extremities and loss of nerve function.

Could be stress, lack of caffeine, you might need your eyes checked, or maybe you are looking at the computer screen for too long periods of time.
Could also be a knot in your shoulder causing a headache or a number of other things. Those are just a few off the top of my head...

Stress, too much watching TV or looking at computer screen, could mean your tired, or if they're realy really bad and keep occuring, go to the doctor, could mean a brain tumour.
Don't mean to scare you mate, but better to be safe than sorry, one of my mates just died of a brain tumour so that's one of the things I'm really scared of at the mo!
Go to the doctor n see what he thinks!
It's probably nothing!
Good luck!

You may be taller than your bedroom. Try crouching for a bit when you get up and see does that help, or if that does not work why do'nt you ask a doctor instead of the good folk on yahoo answers.

could it be your eyesight? i know you can get constant headaches from your vision if it is hard to focus. You could be under stress, depression, illness... I would rule things out one by one and if it does carry on then go to the doctors. But defo check out about the eyesight, i had that before i got my glasses...
