Eating well and exercize is important, eating badly will stunt your growth.

Otherwise, not a damn thing you can do, height is genetic :)

There are several universally accepted methods for increasing your height. Some of them have been described above (such as wear tall heels, stand on a ladder etc) and although there is another way, I don't advocate it at all.

Have both your legs surgically broken about halfway down your calf. You then get two sets of circular braces put in each leg with stretching pins and each day stretch the circular braces away from each other a little bit. The idea is that as your bones start knitting together, you elongate your legs - thus giving youself an extra inch or so over a period of several months. Then you let the bones heal properly and have to learn to walk again.

This is not for the faint hearted and its pretty doubtful wether you'll ever find a surgeon prepared to do something like this. A friend of mine is currently undergoing this procedure but only because he had a very bad bike accident and his leg was set improperly by the medical staff at the time.

Its taken him 2 years so far and they are still going to have to re-break his leg again.

So, the answer is yes, but you REALLY don't want to do this. Learn to walk in high heels, wear vertically striped clothing and most of all, be comfortable with yourself. Its better, cheaper, safer and much more attractive.

Sorry pet, no luck. Believe me, when i was a teenager i would've tried anything to be normal. I'm only 5 foot tall and i hated being told i was "cute" all the time and all the names i was given like half pint, short stuff, shrimpo, shorty, etc. but you can't change who you are on the outside.

So just mourn the fact that you wil not be a supermodel ever and have confidence in yourself for being interesting and different than everyone else. It can be a charming quality and from what i hear most guys dont like really tall girls anyways.
You can only take good care of yourself and hope for a growth spurt.

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

there are certain types of athletes who have stunted growth like wrestlers, figure skaters and gymnasts. So if you participate in one of these sports it could be stunting your growth. If not..you are out of luck. Height is based on genetics, if you have tall parents you have a better chance at being tall, if you have short parents more than likely you will be short.
However some doctors will treat children who are much smaller than normal with something called growth hormone. Before considering this talk to your parents about it, i doubt your doctor will give you any without their consent anyway if you are under 18. Your doctor will probably decline to give you growth hormones if you are of normal size and stature too.

For the most part that's out of your control. Although eating healthy will help you grow to your potential while some poor foods and drinks will not allow you to grow as tall.

Nothing u can do really- unless u can cultivate "tall" genes.

Hmm if u're desperate i heard skipping helps. and there's a sleeping position that supposedly enhances ur chances of growing taller overnight.

i had a short friend who jumped up to touch things that are out of her reach from time to time. said it'd help her grow taller. unfortunately for her, that didnt happen.

You cannot cause yourself to grow any taller than your body is already preprogrammed to grow. However a well balanced healthy diet and good exercise/activity level will keep your body healthy, and allow it to grow to its max potential.

You can't grow taller than you're going to be, but poor nutrition and poor health can cause someone not to reach their max height.
