Both, loose fat in general and do exercises - lie on your side and lift legs and upper part of your body at once, you can start with lifting only the upper part. Also try to do normal sit-ups (as you do for the front side of your stomach) but when you lift turn left or right with your hands behind your head as if you saw something there. Turn a little at once, later you'll be better. Good luck.

I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before... I am now in love with regular exercises so much, as keeping my hard-rock flat stomach always makes me feeling so great!

Suppousedly when you eat a diet high in sweets you gain belly fat because your body goes into insulin failure. I don't know if thats true or not because dieting is big business and people say something different every day to try to make money.

Lie on your side with your legs extended a few inches off the floor. Pull yourself up like you'd be doing side crunches. Keep your feet off the ground. You can also do them standing up. Just go side to side. You'll feel the burn. It feels good too. Like a good stretch.

its dificult to target one area. each persons body stores fat differently in different areas. all i can recommend is get lots of exercise. replace the area that you dont want to lose with muscle. if youre female and its your chest you dont want to lose, theres not much you can do. you will lose some.

you can't. you have to lose all over adn tone and build muscle wear you want to keep yor curves. even work yo pecs for you breasts.
