I'm starting to gain again. What can I do to alleviate the reasons why I am not doing right in the first place? I cannot exactly have what I want that makes me want to eat bad stuff. Help motivate me again. I've lost interest coz I'm too depressed...but I still don't want to get fatter....

Don't say "Park as far away from where you work as possible" coz that hardly helps. :-)

I lost over sixty pounds in about a year and have, to my way of thinking, maybe not yours, at least thirty more to do. Now I'm putting it back on coz my emotions and also from feeling guilty of how much it cost to keep me smaller. Suggest more things besides "don't eat" coz I really don't even do 800-1300 calories most times....

My temptations are not food. Food is what I turn to.... LOL.

Well, it's really up to you to decide if you want to go back to the old way where you can't find cute clothes that fit you and have to resort to wearing sweat pants or some other gosh awful things. I think you also have to be realistic about your weight because our bodies pretty much know how much it wants us to weigh (within reason). So, I'd continue to snack on carrots, apples and other fruit, yogurt and drinking a lot of water and moving whenever I can, but then reward yourself with something you've really been craving a few times every week, but don't go overboard. If you deprive yourself of all your temptations, they only become greater. So it's okay to give in once in awhile, just don't go back to the old way. Rather than being depressed, kick yourself in the butt and tell yourself to get over it, and count your blessings instead. Good luck. I'm still fat, but I'm not as fat as I was and that makes me happy even though I'd like to weigh less, I'm not going to become obsessive about it.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com

There are only two ways to lose weight. Less input and more output. Parking further away and taking the stairs does help, every little bit of extra physical activity helps. Limit your sugars and salt. Salt makes you hold water and can damage your internals organs. Never add it, as most everything is full of it to begin with. Don't eat after 7PM and make your biggest meal either breakfast or lunch and smallest meal your supper or dinner. Motivation has to come from within not from outside. Weight gain didn't happen over night nor will it come off over night. You must change your life style and over time, about six months you will really see the difference.

Yesterday after the gym I was walking home and some random hot girls in a car stopped to wave and smile at me....

I went home and thought about it and realized that I haven't had girls do that in about a year. So I went back out to the gym and spent another 45 minutes there doing cardio and weight training.

Look for moments that inspire and motivate you.

I'll give you an example of another one... an obese woman walked into the gym the other day when I was about to get off the treadmill and for some reason.. seeing her try and lose weight made me say if she can do it, I can do it even more and I stayed on the treadmill for another 20 minutes.

Each and every opportunity is a chance for motivation

If I see a new line on my body of definition.. I get motivated.
If I find a new calory burning activity, I get motivated.

Just keep at it...

I have found that it isn't about not eating what you want. It is about controlling yourself and not OVEReating what you want. Try not to have too many bad things in one day. Instead of eating poorly for all your meals, try throwing some healthy stuff in there instead. It also helps if you eat several smaller meals than three giant meals a day. Try eating foods that are high in protein, it helps to keep you from feeling hungry. Foods that have more protein than sugar are the best.

why are you asserting this as though somebody who has lost a combat is not any longer a competent fighter? if it is the case then all time greats like Muhammad Ali could have not been stable anymore after their first loss. Ali lost to frazier yet then got here back and defeated Frazier two times and then defeated a significant George Foremen. you're saying that Oscar became right into a Floyd Left over whilst Oscar gave Floyd the toughest adventure of his existence, many human beings consisting of myself concept that Oscar gained that combat Floyd has cherry picked greater fighters than the different boxer customary today different than David Haye. You declare that Manny in basic terms fights fighters who've a loss in his checklist? properly Oscar had 4 losses before he fought floyd and boldomir had many losses as properly. You declare that Manny in basic terms fights people who've long gone thrue wars Floyd fought Arturo Gatti after a brutal trilogy with Micky Ward. and Zab judah became into complete whilst Floyd fought him. you're saying that Manny fights in catch weights Floyd bloated a Juan Manuel Marquez particularly of struggling with a actual welter weight. You declare That Manny fights older fighters, properly how with regards to the time whilst floyd beat a 39 365 days previous washed up shane mosley. What Floyd straggled with for 12 rounds, Manny sent to retirement in merely 8 rounds on a one sided combat. What took Floyd 10 rounds to end, Manny complete it in 2 rounds. Your Idol is a cherry picker/ women folk Beater/Racist. on an identical time as Manny is the #a million p4p king interior the worldwide as properly your Idol is the guy who does not prefer to combat Manny.

Eat organic food which has less artificial crap in it. You will find it (including chocolates) alot more flavoursome so you will not feel like eating alot of it plus it is a bit more expensive and does not last as long as "normal" food so you wont be able to buy excessive amounts of it :-)

You also gotta exercise (whatever floats your boat) to lose fat, there is no way getting around it. You basically gotta burn more calories then you consume.

My doctor told me to eat less, about one half as much as I used to. Then to drink a lot of water, at least 6 glasses a day and of course exercise about 15 minutes to one half hour a day. Last but not least, NEVER PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR MOUTH AFTER 6 OR 7 pm. This worked for me. I lost 10 pounds in one week. It really works but you have to stick to it.

I understand your fear, I live with it everyday and have gained weight myself. What usually motivates me is to look at photos of really fat people and that makes me not want to look like them, I know that sounds mean but it works. Also let yourself have two things you love in you diet, that should help with the cravings. If you exesise make a mix of really cool music that should help you want to exersise.
