I've been dieting, and almost every night, I'm going to bed hungry. But I shouldn't eat right before I go to bed. Any suggestions?

Some foods make you more hungry after you eat them because they throw off your blood sugar. You can find out more about this in the South Beach diet. Also in my opininon I eat less if I eat small amounts before I get hungry maybe you are just letting yourself get to hungry at the end of the day.

When you get the late nite cravings, eat some raw veggies or an apple. They satisfy the urge to chew, or get a diet bar like the South Beach meal replacement bars and munch on one of those if you are craving something sweet.

I'll tell you, don't eat late. It is good to always have a protein shake sometime before bed. It's easily broken down and your body needs it. This way while your body is resting it's not breaking down muscle, it's using the protein as fuel. If you drink the shake, it'll be good for you as well as make you feel like you have something in your belly. You won't be hungry. Good luck to you and best wishes!

Here are a few ways that have worked for me:

Go to bed no later than 11pm.

Drink a lot of water.

Have your dinner at 6/7 and then stop after that.

For dinner you should have something high in protien, that should stop the hunger pain. Two hours before you go to bed it is ok to have a snack.

you're in all probability addicted to the sugar too, aside from the caffeine. replace soda with tea, as quickly as you end ingesting soda you're able to comprehend that the only reason you like a million/2 the flaws you eat is using the fact it somewhat is crammed with sugar. possibly you will get your flavor buds back sometime.
