Belgium has three official languages:
Dutch: afvalwaterzuiveringsstation
French: station traitement (de l') eau
German: not a clue

Have a nice day.

I do not know if the Flemish people do use the same word, but in the Netherlands we call it 'afvalwaterzuivering'.
(Water treatment for drinking water is: 'drinkwaterzuivering'.

PS, in cases where it is clear which treatment plant we talk about it is sometimes shortened to 'waterzuivering'.
