If he was deported, then he most likely won't be able to enter again...under any circumstances.

You haven't said whether his girlfriend is an American citizen, or a resident alien, but I can almost guarantee that if the girlfriend is NOT an American CITIZEN, his chances are slim.

Even if she was a citizen, he probably wouldn't be able to come back to the US because of his immigration record.

In addition, even an american citizen can't "make" an alien a citizen. He would first need to become a conditional resident, then a permanent resident, then several years LATER, possibly get his citizenship.

A US citizen marrying a foreign national does not make them a citizen to. It only give them resident alien status which allows them to say here pretty much forever. My mother is German. My dad married her in Germany. She got a resident alien visa and lived her for almost 30 years before she got around to becoming a US citizen. She liked not having Jury Duty but eventually decided that she was more American than German and took the classes. If the Egyptian guy was deported for overstaying his visa it probably won't be long before they can both come back and live here legally. If he was deported for anything really criminal then she's out of luck. Good luck to you friend.

as long as she is a USC she can come back whenever she likes. He can not legally enter the county until he has his visa. Due to the deportation charges he will have to file the I-601 waiver of inadmissability and I-212 forms, basically asking the government to forgive and lift the 10 year bar that has been placed on him. His girlfriend/wife will have to write an extensive hardship letter providing reasons as to why she can live with him in Egypt and why it will cause her EXTREME hardship if her husband is not permitted back into the county. Best of luck to them.

It's the time of year, now that spring is in the air
When those two wet gits, with their girly curly hair
Make another song, for marronic holidays
that nausiate-ate-ates in a million different ways
From the shores of Spain, to the coast of southern France
No matter where you hide, you just can't escape this dance

Hold a chicken in the air, stick a deck-chair up your nose
Buy a Jumbo-Jet, and then bury all your clothes
Paint your left knee green, then extract your wisdom teeth
Form a string quartet, and pretend your name is Keith.

Skin yourself alive, learn to speak araphahoe
Climb inside a dog, and behead an Eskimo
Eat a Renault 4, wear salami in your ears
Cassarole your gran, dis-embowel yourself with spears

The disco is migrating, the sound is loud and grating
It's truly nausiating - let's do the dance again..

Hold a chicken in the air, stick a deck-chair up your nose
Buy a Jumbo-Jet, and then bury all your clothes
Yes you'll hear this song, in the holiday discos
And there's no escape, in the clubs or in the bars
You would hear this song, if you holidayed in Mars

Skin yourself alive, learn to speak araphahoe
Climb inside a dog, and behead an Eskimo
Now you've heard it once, your brain will spring a leak
And though you hate this song you'll be humming it for weeks

Hold a chicken in the air, stick a deck-chair up your nose
Buy a Jumbo-Jet, and then bury all your clothes
la la la la la la la....

If he was ordered deported, at immigration court by an immigration judge, he's banned from returning to the United States for 10 years. There's no waiver.

this is NOT good.....

he was deported, and she's going over to egypt to marry him, so that he will then miraculously become a legal citizen? it's not gonna happen, sorry. his deportation WILL weigh heavily against his ever being granted any sort of visa, and he can't enter the country legally without one. and if she's marrying him just for the purpose of his getting citizenship, she's committing a felony. so, i hope she likes egypt.
