All recicle plastics are printed whith an arrows circle whith a number in center ¿ how i do know plastics name, reading this number?

i believe you are looking at the recyclable code on the bottom of most plastic containers.. each plastic may or may not be recyclable based on this code. it determines whether you should trash it or recycle it... it does not, however, give the EXACT plastic --- but you can narrow it down.
