if the world was such that things worked in a way that the majority of christians, would find themselves absolutely proven correct (in an "after the fact" sort of way)

would you want to be in that concept of heaven?

I mean, set aside not thinking they are right. IF you died, and they happened to be right afterall... would you want to be in that heaven?

personally, as most christians I've talked to, read about, or heard from, belive in it, I would absolutely NOT want to be in that heaven.
in fact for me, that would be worse than any Hell that they could imagine.

If we are a spirit, then I would imagine, generally speaking, that heaven is like what's already in our minds, but without a body. What you thought of or wanted would be your world or heaven. As physics gives us limitations, I suppose there would be some things that work better than others, as now. I would think a real savvy creator would not give us something unimaginable. If we are godlike then we are co-creators leaving a lot of room for ....well.... creativity. Knowing how things are, I suppose we'll make better decisions then the world we decided on here. I can see where you might end up with people of more our mind then not, even more than here. They talk about a resurrection on earth for instance. Do we suppose we know all about the universe already? Here's some fun or interesting sites.

I would definately want to be in heaven it would be tha icing on the cake of serving God ( Yes, I'm a Christian)

Help me understand why you would want to go to hell. I mean if it does turn out that we are, which I know it will, you're saying that you'll want to spend not ten years, not twenty but an eternity in hell? I don't think you understand how serious this is. Don't let TV fool you there ain't no partying there.

There's a book by Mary K Baxter and she actually visited hell and came back and put her story into a book, you should take look. And she's now a Christian because of the experience.

If things worked out that God exists and the bible is true you would still resist?
That's exactly why God is giving man another thousand years on earth after the return of Christ.
Man uses excuses like everyone one else was doing it and I can't accept in this sinful world. All the evil influences war famine TV all the things made me turn from God.
So a thousand years on earth with no evil present, even a Utopia and people will still rebel proving that God is right. Man's sin nature will still be prevalent and even living the truth won't stop it.
People sin and deny God and will continue to do so. So don't cry when it gets hot. It was your own individual choice based on man's intelligence that got you there.
Accept that God is more intelligent than man and you won't have to burn.
Try studying your bible instead of just going to an atheists web site and adopting ideas that you use to try to cover your sins. Only the blood of Christ can do that.
God Bless!

Allen t you got that right. Bless you!

As a former non-believer, I had no total peace until I reached out to claim the promise that Jesus died and paid the penalty of my sin (eternal separation from God in a real hell)-and that very moment I had peace that the bible tells us, goes beyond human understanding.

Doesn't mean life then becomes peachy keen-God allows trials to mature us in the faith walk with Him and, as the bible says:"Without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please Him" He created each of us and wants our Love and our trust no matter what happens here on earth because, and the bible says it too, we cannot imagine what He has in store for us in heaven with Him forever and ever. Jesus rose from the grave assuring that we will also-As is true of the thief on the cross who believed Jesus.

It's not going to happen so don't worry. The bible says only 144,000 are going to heaven to reign as kings and priests with Jesus Christ and rule over the what's left of the world of mankind. Rev 7:4 -9 If you don't make it into the great crowd which no man can number, then you will just be "pushing up daisies."

Nobody knows what heaven is like. The only message for Christians is that it is totally different from, and infinitely preferable to hell.

It is said that heaven would be Hell for a sinner to live in. Similar to living with people who think they are Saintly on this earth.

Maybe that is the non believers and evil peoples' hell listening to us singing and praising God forever and ever. And for them to talk to God, what a marvellous revelation that will be for everyone.
