I'm not sure why so many are eager to say
Pagans. I have certainly seen some Pagans joining in on the Atheists' Christian-bashing. Christians and Muslims clearly like to wear their attitudes on thier shirtsleeves as well.
I'd like to think that my fellow Agnostics and I are most open to debate and humor others, but my patience certainly wears thin with some people as my Golden Rule is the collary of the Christian Golden Rule: Give people what they want and what they want is what they give - Do unto others as they have done unto you, for if they didn't like it, why would they do so to others? Thusly, I am disqualified.
However, I have never seen anything vicious or derogatory coming from a Buddhist yet. I just met a Buddhist couple this weekend and they were very nice people as well. They didn't do a hard sell of the religion, but when I asked they gave me some references to check out. On the other hand, I don't see so many Christians, Atheists, or Muslims harassing Buddhists... Perhaps if there was more such harassment the Buddhists would strike back? Or would they ignore it and continue on with the serenity thing they have going on?

I like to approach with the idea that none of us are part of a particularly open or closed-minded group. That it is solely the choice of the individual concerned.
But if I were to allow myself to generalise, I go for the Pagans (I use the umbrella term), and spiritualists.
I'd like to thank all those who said Buddhists, but as I am not very familiar with any others, I couldn't really comment.
EDIT: Is Pangel (above) a clone, or just an alternative account for the real Pangel? Or is my contact a clone? I'm getting confused...
Peace and love to all throughout your lives.

None.
We have all made our minds up already.
I mean... I expect most of the athiests by definition have at some point in the past had an open mind to the views held by the other people and given them due consideration.... but that only needed to be done the once in the past and is out of the way now.
So unless there are genuine innocents floating around here.... we're all stubborn bastards set in our ways.
[ For the record though, I'm an equal-oppurtunity player. I will quite gladly answer any question from almost any perspective I see fit... though it usually comes back to my Nihilistic ways. ]

well, going on the answer's on R&S and myth&folklore I would have to say the christians are the least open to debate. most, (not all mind) start jumping up and down and quoting huge chunks of the bible if they read something they disagree with. PLEASE NOTE, I SAID MOST, NOT ALL. I wont tar them all with the fanatic's brush.

Atheists are funny but many of us don't take a lot of religious people seriously, pagans are great because they don't insult much at all, and they respond to religious fundies in a serious manner.

I'd love to say Christians but, to be honest, i would be lying. I would probably have to say Buddhists..i've never seen one angry rant from a Buddhist on here.
God bless

Buddhists will talk about anything. Christians are wildly dogmatic, but that's no suprise. The atheists have been suprisingly vociferous lately, and not as open to ideas as I'd like to see us. The few Jews who come are pretty open too.
Edit:
Jamustrip, thanks, I forgot about the pagans. They rock.
