OK, I used to weigh 320 and I'm down to 220. The last mile is the hardest. I got about maybe 30 more lbs to go but I find that it is super hard to be rid of the last of offending fat around my abdomin and my thigh area.
My caloric intake is minimal as I eat 5 meals, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner.
They consist of salad greens and tuna or chicken.
Tons of water.
Cardio exercise and martial arts.
I've gotten to the point where I am now at the point where I've started taking Methyl Ripped.
Nothing friggn' works! Have you had this problem and overcome it? If so, how did you do it?

Oh - breakfast is generall 2 whole eggs or 4 eggwhites + 1/2 old fashioned oatmeal (the kind with the whole grain and not cut)
Lunch and dinner usually has a carb item like a potatoe or something.

I do have yogurts every now and then. I've been taking a multi-vitamin and calcium supplements so I don't miss out on the calcium.
