I am a fairly active guy. 5-6 days a week I am working out/running and the morning then hitting the gym/playing racquetball in the afternoon... I just want to know how important staying dedicated to a good multivitamin really is? Are there noticeable differences in performance if you don't take your vitamins as compared to someone that does?

If you eat a really healthy, perfectly balanced diet. Heavy on fiber, vitamins and minerals, you are probably OK>

But 98% of us do not do that. So keeping your energy levels up with a powerful vitamin is beneficial, to stay healthy.

Currently I do not take any type of vitamins. I have some health issues so I eat a healthy diet. I am very energetic right now. I believe that multi-vitamins are mainly for people who don't eat properly so diet is more important than taking vitamins.

depends: If you are eating very strict and careful not overly important, but still has benefits, if you eat like sh*t, then it's more important. Example, if you eat plenty of fish throughout the week, then you probably don't need a good Omega3 pill, if you don't then you'll need that.
