My Parrots also love to be outside but I do not keep them in a cage, their wings are clipped so they can be on my shoulder or on a T-stand, if I have them on a Stand they have some shade and some sunlight so if can move around if they get too hot.
Since being outside is natural to them it doe make them have a change in behavior because they are enjoying the fresh air and sunlight.
Now when you do have them outside just be careful about wild bird droppings since domesticated can catch wild bird's illness'es.
Don't keep your bird in direct Sunlight, half shade and sun will give the bird the choice to where it wants to sit and not get over heated.
Parrots are social animals and they like to be where they can see family members, they also love to have their cage in front of a window so they can see what is going on outside. The benefits of being in front of a window is to also be able to get some sunlight which is import to their overall health. A bird that sits in a dark room or poorly lit room will develop feathers problems and have a higher chance of becoming depressed.

I would not keep the bird outside as the environment can be too harsh. I would put the cage in an area where the animal will be able to see more people. I keep my bird in the living room where there is the most activity and she can see out a window. I take her outside occasionally but I don't leave her out there, there is too much of a risk of harsh weather changes.
Parrots are social, the more they can see the happier they will be. I hope this helps, placement of the cage will affect a lot of the behavioral traits of the bird.
Good luck

I wouldn't keep the cage outside as a permanent location, but on nice days I put my birds outside. Like the others said- half sun and half shade and make sure he/she's got plenty of water. Also, depending on what other animals have access to wherever your cage is, make sure the cage doors are locked. I used to work at a vets office and I've seen on numerous occasions, where someone had their bird on the back deck, in it's cage, and a squirrel or chipmunk got into the cage and attacked the bird. So lock all doors. The food will attract other animals.

I wouldn't leave him outside. I'd put the cage in the living room. Where he can see all the family members and get to hear people as they pass by. Put him near a window for some sunlight but make sure he has some shade in his cage so he can escape the heat. He's more active outside because there is more out there than in your bedroom. Put him in the living room. Having new things to see, and people to praise him will probably perk him up a bit.

i would not advise an outdoors cage. Birds unfastened warmth very immediately and actual and conserving heat is mandatory to their well being. i'd shop the cage interior, removed from the residing house windows and any warmth or aircon vents. My birds stay in my mattress room, however the front room is likewise a great place. Birds decide to be around the family contributors. good success.

make sure the cage is large and if u hav a balcony , leave the cage there... if its a ground floor i suggest u to keep it in a silent well-lit airy place where there r plants around so that it does;nt feel cramped ...ok ???
