Take two to three drops of lemon and add salt to it and pore it on ur brush and brush
when u sleep.

Avoid dark colored drinks like, coffee, tea, soda, the darker the color the more the stain.
Put a little container of baking soda by your sink to use when brushing. Put on your toothpaste-avoid fluoride it can damage your thyroid. Press the brush into the baking soda and brush. It is a slight abrasive and you will truly notice how amazingly clean your teeth feel after your done.
Then swish and brush with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. It has a bleaching and healing action on your teeth and gums.
My Dentist recommended this 40 years ago. So I have long experience.

Don't smoke,
drink or drink coffee a whole lot.
Brush 2 times a day for 3 min. ea. with whitening toothpaste.
My teeth are VERY white..and thats what I do =)

Baking soda (you just put some on your tooth brush), or hydrogen peroxide. :) I like the baking soda better, the peroxide taste awful.
