In China it's a symbol of aristocracy, it's very usual and fashionable, even high class people have it. In western culture it's disgusting. I personally find it terrible and very unhyginic. And dangerous too. I don't think I could let myself touched by some guy with long yellow nails. Yyyyuck!

Okay, I have something to say here. No. Paaaalease keep your fingernails short and clean. It is very wrong and I wouldn't say it was "weird" or "pimpy" so much as it is just not cool. It makes you wonder, what's up with this guys nails??
Do the right thing, keep 'em short and clean. For the love of god!!!

It is weird it is a girly thing. plus some people say its ok for guitar players to have long nails but that's not true because i play the guitar and i have to have short nails to play it well.

My brother has grown all the nails of his right hand long so he can use them to play the guitar.
Everytime I see them I physically shudder because he looks like a werewolf!
I don't like talons on women either though...

Haha I am always VERY suspicious of men with long nails, cos it makes me think that they may lead a seperate life dressed as a woman in their spare time.
Eeew long nails on men are gross!!!

most men don't know how to care their nails when they have it short so long nails on a guy is usally quite dusgusting. The cuticles are normally in very bad condition and the nails are dirty. Eww........

Yuk, Yuk, Yuk,,the only blokes that look OKish with long nails are the chinese people that work in nails!! They need them otherwise they are unneccessary and I wouldnt go near a man with them!!
