i need something new to try..what can i put on my salad that you dont have to cook

sunflower seeds, soy nuts, dried cranberries or other dried fruit, salsa, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions, diced turkey or ham or chicken, pineapple, boiled egg, any kind of cheese, olives, kidney beans, black beans, garbanzo beans

Cold cuts (cooked meat) or if you are veggie, cheese in various forms.
Try adding veggies to left over pasta or rice with a nice dressing.
You can buy lots of cold slices, pate etc from supermarket deli's.

Jicama. it gives the salad a nice crunch and a little bit of a sweet flavor. Use Jicama instead of croutons.

grilled chicken, tomatos, sliced carrots, olives, dill pickles, sliced almonds, hard-boiled egg, shrimp, black beans, broccolli...just a few ideas that you could pick and chose to mix in

different kinds of nuts, seeds, mandierian oranges is a fun one, cumcumbers, peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn, grapes, orange wedges, you can put anything in a salad!!!!
