Go back, request his table, and ask him if he has a girlfriend. If not, ask him out. Have confidence and just do it. the worst thing that can happen is he has a girlfriend or says no. Good luck

Keep eating there and eventually you will see him again. You can just ask him if he is seeing anyone, and if he says no then you could say that you would like to have dinner together sometime. You really have nothing to lose. If he says that he has a girlfriend or that he wouldn't be interested you could just never go back to Beijing if you are embarrassed.

Go back to the restaurant to eat and talk to him. Find out if he is involved in a relationship and if not give him your phone number along with his tip. You have nothing to lose, you're paying for your meal, and if he calls you great, if not that's alright too, his loss.
