Our loading bay is coated with a layer of epoxy. It was defaced by all the equipments used to loading/unloading cargos. So can anyone suggest what kind of thing we can use to protect it while doing loading/unloading activities?

For an operation where you are moving things by hand I would look at strips of a material that did not show or get scratched easily. Something that is low friction would be good also since you will probably continue bumping into it. Look into heavy plastic such as delrin or teflon or metal strips like stainless steel. Line them up in the direction your equipment will be moving you might even make a "path"to guide your loading equipment.
If you are using motorized equipment you probably aren't scraping but need to stop.
Rubber pads can be used for stops or bumpers at the end. There are pads sold by industrial suppliers that consist of layers of rubber and fiber layers to help keep it together. They are called dock bumpers by one supplier.

Rubber matting, perhaps.
It comes in rolls.
