Some of the greatest people have been very short. I think better than being grossly obese or anorexic. Ignore other people and just enjoy life. I am 5'2" and can do so many things that people of 6'7" can't do. eg fine work with hands. Getting into small places to make repairs. And I could have been a rear gunner in the last war-but that's a minus!!

I'm 4ft 9ins and a female and even I get people saying things they'd never say to a 'normal' sized person! I've learnt to answer the question, 'aren't you small' with ' Gosh am I? I didn't know that!' It embarrasses the heck out of them! Or I tell them I'm a very tall dwarf!
I used to know a guy in the RAF who was your height and I asked him how he coped! Is answer was ," If people didn't pick on me because I was small, those same people would pick on me because I have Blue eyes!" He also used the dwarf reply!
It doesn't matter what you look like, some people just have to think of something that makes them feel superiour!
As there is nothing you can do about your height unless you are under the age of 12 then you just have to be yourself! Don't let others upset you, people who matter will LOVE you regardless of your stature.

I can understand how you feel, my mum is 4 foot 9 and a half and I'm only just 5 feet. Unfortunately, the problem isn't with you it's with the small-minded ignoramuses out there who wouldn't know what charisma was if they fell over it in the street. You can't change what people think or do, but you can change your attitude towards them ( I know this is hard I have the same problem but for a different reason). Now when I get called names I give them a come back such as your such an ignoramus, but you're too thick to know what that is or even better is to thank them for pointing that out to you. Someone called me a fat cow the other day and I just said "Wow, am I really? Thank you for letting me know!"

PS, if people find your company boring - maybe they're the ones who aren't worth being around!

Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

After being constantly bullied, it is no wonder that you lack confidence. You need to do something to redress the balance: adult education, learn an instrument, do something of interest so you can meet new people and find that they are not all alike.

Good luck

Maybe you need extra confidence and the strength to ignore people who mock you for your height.
