I have a few Adobe photoshop questions!!!?

Question

-I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0. I'm going to create a header for myspace. But I forgot how to resize the image (You know, you will only make it smaller. But you still have blank spaces).

-How can I put another picture beside the picture I put first?

Three ways to get to image size dialog:
1. Image menu -> Image Size...
2. RIGHT click on IMAGE title bar and choose Image Size...
3. ALT + CTRL + i

When you go to the image size dialog box, do not change both height and width of the image. (actually if the next item is set you will not be able to change both as they are linked)

Make sure that there is a check in the box at the bottom for "Constrain Proportions"

Then you can change one dimension and the other will resize automatically and your image will not be distorted.

To change the size of the picture, go to
Image>Image Size
and change the Dimensions

To add another picture to a picture, you find out the dimensions of that picture and then go to
Image>Canvas Size
and add the dimensions to the original dimensions.

e.g. if the original image is 900 pixels wide and the other picture is 200 pixels wide, then you change the width to 1100 and press ok.

Under height and width theres an option to anchor the image to whichever side you want.
e.g. if you want to add the picture to the left of the image, anchor the picture to the right (click on the right arrow).

To add the picture, simply copy and paste.

On the menu, click on:
Image > Image Size > and then change the Width and Height in "Pixel Dimensions".

just select the picture and go to Edit-->FreeTransform.
then u can able to resize the image..

just upload ur new picture and that will come infront of ur old picture and ur old picture is not visible any more. if you want to have old picture again u have to uplooad that old picture again. So make a backup copy of ur old picture. If you have any questions mail me
