Great question. I think if all of us are very honest we are all going to admit that we have been there and regret it. We are hman aand make mistakes but returning to the Lord is what it is all about. It is also very difficult to trust all to Him and not be able to understand some things happen the way they do. I am there now. I know He has some reason but it is very hard to see why He would do what He has done in my life. I got angry and then just confused. Some of my kids think I am wrog for these feelings. I told them I am human if I was perfect I would know all and would not to have to feel this way. God Bless

Ever since I took Jesus as my personal savior, it has never occurred to me to ask for his help only in times of crises. I have been reading the other answers on here, and I find it gratifying that most of the people who answered feel the same way I do. Thank you Christian followers

I have been guilty of this before, sadly. It is easy to call out on Jesus when life seems difficult, but when things are going smooth and all is well how easy it is to forget to pray and to thank Him. I do regret the times that I have been guilty of this, but thank God I have become aware of it and do better. I am so thankful that I have found the consistent walk with the Lord that I have. . .He is a part of my everyday. . .the good days and the bad days. . .my very breath of life. Thank you, Lord. ~

That's a very good and thought provoking question. In all honesty, my life has times where it's exactly like that. And my life has times when I'm just praising Him all the time for everything. I go through times of complacency. But, He disciplines me and those complacent times are becoming fewer and further between.
Great question. Peace.

I say, Dear Lady, smashing good question !!!
I must say that I am guilty, as charged. Too many times, whilst traveling life's meandering back roads and the highway to hell, I have failed to acknowledge THE SAVIOR until I ran off into a ditch and was mired in the effluent of wrong thinking and wrong living being thus awakened to my decrepit condition.

I continually pray to my Jesus, no longer in basic terms whilst situations are problematical or i choose for something. yet whilst i'm having a undesirable day or something, specific i will wish for him to intercept the devil and permit me get on with my existence. some human beings think of it is okay to wish for issues, and that's their opinion, yet i don't have faith that way. I do ask him to be with my son and kinfolk and to maintain them secure till they return homestead yet different than that, i in my view do no longer ask him for something, in basic terms capability and know-how and information of a few circumstances.

I always pray for HIS help all the time. I do not used HIM as a spare tire in my life.
