with you being so young, i doubt that its irritable bowel syndrome or chrones disese. it is possible for the appendix to become infected and become painful, and then settle down. this can happen over a long period of time. however the appendix can rupture due to infection and this can lead to some major problems such as peritonitis. this is an inflammation of the membrane that lines the abdominal cavity. it can be very painful and difficult to treat. to be honest any abdominal pain that does not disappear within 5-10 days should be treated as something more sinister. i strongly advise you to go and see your doctor. if it is the appendix, then the removal is a very simple procedure lasting around 15-20 minutes and patienta are often sent home the same day.

I had a terrible stomach ache and the pain was unbearable. The problem was I needed to flush my system. So if you are having these symptons chances are you need to use the bathroom, meaning 'cleansing the colon'. It worked for me
It could be IBS though.
Symptoms include

Abdominal pain or discomfort for at least 12 weeks out of the previous 12 months. These 12 weeks do not have to be consecutive.

The abdominal pain or discomfort has two of the following three features:

It is relieved by having a bowel movement.
When it starts, there is a change in how often you have a bowel movement.
When it starts, there is a change in the form of the stool or the way it looks.

Certain symptoms must also be present, such as

a change in frequency of bowel movements
a change in appearance of bowel movements
feelings of uncontrollable urgency to have a bowel movement
difficulty or inability to pass stool
mucus in the stool
bloating

Bleeding, fever, weight loss, and persistent severe pain are not symptoms of IBS and may indicate other problems such as inflammation, or rarely, cancer.

The following have been associated with a worsening of IBS symptoms

large meals
bloating from gas in the colon
medicines
wheat, rye, barley, chocolate, milk products, or alcohol
drinks with caffeine, such as coffee, tea, or colas
stress, conflict, or emotional upsets
Researchers have found that women with IBS may have more symptoms during their menstrual periods, suggesting that reproductive hormones can worsen IBS problems.

In addition, people with IBS frequently suffer from depression and anxiety, which can worsen symptoms. Similarly, the symptoms associated with IBS can cause a person to feel depressed and anxious.

It might be Irritable Bowel Syndrome - go and speak to your Dr, something obviously isn't right but the Dr will be able to help and they talk about these things all the time so don't be too embarrassed to talk about it. Good Luck!

Part of this could be related to a condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Please let your parents know what is going on because this needs to be checked out by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

It sounds to me like irritable bowel syndrome. I have it and I have exactly the same symptoms. Get yourself to the doctors.
