I hear 2 syllable names ending in "Y" or "E" sound are preferable. Also what does your dog remind you of...think of color, personality, etc.
Does he remind you of anyone or what about a song like "Sunny." I named one of mine after an old high-school buddy, another because he retrieved the cork from a champagne bottle when it popped. Try asking your dog what name he likes best and see what he responds to.

How about Leo? They look like they float with all the hair, especially when the adult coat comes in. It is the name of the white lighter on charmed. Being that they float, like little angels. Plus it is a nice name, very masculine. Or you could name him Gabrial, like the angel. Call him Gab for short. Then if you got a little girl, you could call her Gabriella. She could be Gabbie for short.

I hope you have his mom also! At 4 weeks old, this puppy is way too young to have been taken away from it's mother. My suggestion to you, if you don't have the mother, is to return the puppy to the mother, until it's at least 8 weeks old.

you be responsive to that in case you bypass to google and form in domestic dog names you will get lists of hundred of names. This domestic dog is gonna be your dogs and you ought to call him despite you prefer! I observed a boy Maltese at a preserve and his call grew to become into Winston. good success naming your domestic dog!

i usually like to name my animals depending on the animal. like i have a cat, and i named her Kit Kat, i had other cats and i named them Kitten, Meow Meow. i guess anything that associates with them. and i had a dog named D-O-G. that name is pretty cool. but i think i would name a maltese, Maltie. It's easy and it sounds cool :]
