After flirting with this chick for a couple of days, i catch her staring at me from her work area sometimes. I come over sometimes to laugh and talk with her. yesterday, she came over to me to talk,(i always came to her) She even saying at one point she wants to work in my department becuz of me. Today she catch her checkin me out sometimes and she called me over to talk at one point. and we get along. As the day winded down and we were talking, she was complaining alittle about beig tired from her day and asked me what was i doing after work. I replied "going home to sleep". she was talking on the phone and getting close to me as i sat down and she stood up. She told me to put in my number into her phone, since i didnt do it properly yesterday. i then asked her what she was doing after work and she said she was tired. I asked her if she wanted to hang out. She replied " Im kind of tired", then "I have to take a shower first". She says she would call me and she didn't.
what happened?

Well, she was tired. Maybe you could suggest an activity on a day when she's not working. It can be hard to go out and socialize when you are tired from working. Even if you want to! Her behavior certainly seems to indicate that she is interested in being around you. She might also be timid about taking your relationship the further step to spend time with you away from the work area. You can ask her. Do you have her phone number too? Call her.

she sounds like she likes you, but something is holding her back. If you genuinely like her then be patient and keep on being nice to her. she may be waiting to see if you are genuine. If you get funny about her not calling she will probably think " I was right, hes only after one thing". When you see her, just make light of the fact she didnt call, say something like "The offer to hang out is still there youknow! call me when you are feeling ok" hope this helps!

well there could be a possiblity that shes pissed off. she could of interpreted the fact that you wanted the go home and sleep the previous day to you werent interest in her so when you asked she wanted to give you a hard time. i think she might be confused about what you want so i think if you make it clear with her..it'll get better. good luck

Sounds as though she lost interest for some reason -- it happens. Wait a few days, and then try to set up something casual, like a coffee date. If she isn't interested, move on.

she probaly forgot talkto her the next day to c whats up mayb some thing imporant happen and didnt have the time to call u up and if she said forgot then u have the right to b mad

She probably thought there was a lack of interest on your side, try calling her.

She might be trying to see how interested you are OR she might be attempting to seem 'hard to get' although it doesn't sound like she is...

maybe she took her shower and fell asleep.........she did say she was tired............just invite her for a bite to eat and then watch her body language and you will see if she digs you or not
